Hebrews 11:1 ~ Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
Isaiah 40:31 ~ But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
Romans 8:24-25 ~ For in this hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience.
1 Peter 1:3 ~ Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
Psalm 71:5-14
For you have been my hope, Sovereign Lord, my confidence since my youth. As for me, I will always have hope; I will praise you more and more.
Hope in God is a lifelong pursuit and journey. Like a good marriage that grows deeper and sweeter every year–the longer we walk with the Lord the easier it is to have hope in hard times.
Psalm 25:5
Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.
